THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI W.P.No.18168 of 2004 Between:
Polagani Ram Mohan Rao PETITIONER AND 1. Panchayat Secretary, Grama Sachivalayam, Vuyyur, Vuyyur Mandal, Krishna District, and another.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
The said submission is recorded and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
