Learned counsel for the petitioner complains about the inaction on the part of the respondents in not providing deviation of water connection to the existing connection. Learned standing counsel would submit that necessary orders had already been passed and it is for the petitioner to engage a licensed plumber to carry out the work. In the said circumstance, I do not think there is any necessity to pass any order.

Taking on record the above submission of the learned standing counsel, this writ petition is dismissed.
