This appeal is filed by the 5th respondent in W.P.(C) No.20023/20012 challenging the judgment of the learned Single Judge directing that Ext.P5 representation made by the 1st respondent herein to dispose of by the 2nd respondent, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
2. We heard the learned counsel for the appellant, learned counsel for the 1st respondent and also the other counsel appearing for the remaining parties.

The learned counsel for the appellant was that the issue canvassed by the 1st respondent is already decided against him and that, therefore, the learned Single Judge should not have ordered that the representation should be considered. This contention is disputed by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent.
3. The learned Single Judge has only ordered consideration of the representation by the 2nd respondent herein W.A.No.827/2014 2 and, that too, without expressing anything on the merits. If as stated by the counsel for the appellant, the issue canvassed by the 1st respondent is concluded against him, it is for the appellant to canvass that contention before the 2nd respondent and it is for the 2nd respondent to decide on the same. We do not think that by directing consideration of the representation, as has been done by the learned Single Judge, any prejudice has been caused to the appellant seeking interference of the judgment in this appeal.
Writ Appeal fails and accordingly it is dismissed.
