The petitioner applied for a temporary permit in respect of a stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-10 S 6905 in the route Karukaputhur-Pazhanji Cherakkal which was directed to be issued, pending consideration of the regular permit application. The said temporary permit was valid upto 15.09.2014. Now the petitioner seeks re-issue of the same and has made an application, Ext.P6, for such re- issue. Though the said application has been made on 30.09.2014, it is submitted that no steps are taken thereon. 2. In the circumstances detailed above, there shall be a direction to the respondent to re-issue temporary permit as sought for in Ext.P6 for a period of four months, within a WP(C).26630/14 2 period of one week from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment, subject to any preferential claim being made in the defaulted route.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
