This contempt case has been filed for initiating proceedings for contempt of judgment dated 17/07/014 in W.A.No.2074/2012.
2. The learned Government Pleader submits that a decision in compliance of the judgment dated 17/07/2014 has already been taken on 19/09/2014 and 14/10/2014.
3. In that view of the matter, we do not think that there is any necessity to initiate any proceedings for contempt. Petitioner shall be at liberty to take such steps as permissible under law, if he feels aggrieved by the decision taken by the respondent.
With the above observation, this contempt case is closed.
