JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved by Ext.P4 order passed by the 1st respondent. As per Ext.P4 order, petitioner’s licence to operate saw mill has been suspended. The petitioner has serious objections regarding Ext.P4 order. According to the petitioner, he is operating the saw mill since 1985. The petitioner submits that he is operating the above saw mill in accordance with the relevant provisions and rules. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned special Government Pleader.
3. If the petitioner has necessary permission and licence in accordance with law, necessarily the operation of saw mill cannot be directed to be stopped. Therefore, the petitioner shall raise all objections and also shall produce all documents before the 1st respondent within a period of four weeks. On being satisfied the petitioner is in possession of relevant licence, necessarily the order passed in Ext.P4 shall be recalled.
W.P.(C).No.26508 of 2014 2 However, considering the fact that the petitioner is running the saw mill from 1985, the suspension of order in Ext.P4 shall be kept in abeyance till the decision is taken by the 1st respondent.
Writ petition is disposed of.
