Petitioner approached the third respondent by Ext.P4 alleging that the 4th respondent has unauthorisedly occupied the puramboke land in front of the gate of the petitioner's property and thereby obstructing access to the petitioner's property. Petitioner further submits that unauthorised occupation of the puramboke is not only a nuisance but also a violation of the Highway Act.
2. Considering the pendancy of Ext.P4, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to take appropriate action based on Ext.P3 after hearing the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent. Needful shall be done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
