Petitioner's application for assignment of 3 cents of land in resurvey No.178/2 of Vashakala Village has been forwarded to the District Collector, Kakkanad as per Ext.P6 Government order. Ext.P6 relate to 08.11.2012. Petitioner submits that in spite of lapse of more than two years, no action has been taken on Ext.P6.
2. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to take appropriate action on Ext.P6 and finalise the proceedings pursuant to Ext.P6 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
