The petitioner applied for temporary permit on the route Ernakulam High Court-North Parur-Manjaly-Angamaly- Manjapra in the vacancy of defaulted service bearing No.KL-07-BA-4359. The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to direct the respondent to grant and issue temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage on the aforesaid route in the vacant timings of stage carriage bearing No.KL-07-BA-4359, by considering Ext.P2 application. 2.If vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL- 07-BA-4359 is still in existence and if no other person has applied for a temporary permit to operate a stage carriage in that vacancy, there will be a direction to the respondent to issue a temporary permit of four months duration within three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing appropriate W.P.(C) No. 29706 of 2014 (K) 2 orders on Ext.P2. Needless to say, such issuance of temporary permit will be subject to the preferential claim, if any.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
