JUDGMENT / ORDER

The complainant submits that the respondents have not complied with the judgment dated 25/07/2013 in W.P.C.No.4399 of 2010.
2. Affidavit is filed by the respondent inter alia stating that, on receipt of the judgment, the Government has decided to allot 25 cents of land to the legal heirs of Mathais. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit on behalf of the respondents that the District Collector had issued proceedings for allotment of 25 cents of land in favour of the legal heirs of the complainant.
3. Learned counsel for the complainant, however, would submit that the proceedings were issued for an allotment only on payment of the market value of the property. This, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, is against the judgment of this Court.
Cont.Case No.323/2014
4. In fact, if the petitioner has any such contention that the allotment has to be made without any obligation to pay any amount, petitioner will have to agitate the order passed pursuant to the judgment of this Court.
5. Under these circumstances, I do not want to express any opinion on the order passed by the respondent authority. As far as the contempt is concerned, since orders have already been issued, there is no point in proceeding with the same.
Accordingly, this contempt case is dropped.
