----------------------- The petitioner submits that in spite of Ext.P7 notice issued under the Kerala Land Conservancy Act, 4th respondent is undertaking construction in Government Puramboke land. Ext.P9 is the stop memo issued by the Village Officer. The petitioner submits that Ext.P4 complaint is pending before the District Collector.
2. In view of Exts.P4, P7 and P9, the District Collector shall take appropriate action to see that no unauthorised construction is made by the 4th respondent or any other person in the property referred in Exts.P7 and P9. Appropriate decision shall be taken after hearing the petitioner and 4th respondent within two months. It has to be ensured that no construction is carried by the 4th respondent in violation of Exts.P7 and P9. If it is found that the 4th respondent is making any construction in the above property, all activities shall be stopped forth with.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
