In view of the Full Bench Judgement rendered by the principal seat of this Court in the matter of Sheet Gupta Vs. State of U.P. passed in Special Appeal No. 1942 of 2008 dated 11.12.2009, the instant appeal under Chapter VIII Rule 5 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952 is not maintainable.
Accordingly, it is dismissed.
