JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner is the 3rd accused in Crime No.157 of 2014 of the Melattoor Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, apprehends arrest and has filed the application.
2. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the application. It is submitted that the petitioner and others in furtherance of their common intention to avail loan from the Federal Bank, created forged tax receipts, possession certificates and location plan. Learned Public Prosecutor also submits that it was the petitioner who, as in the investigation revealed created the documents.
3. Learned counsel submits that the allegations are not true and that it was the fourth accused who allegedly created the documents.
4. Having regard to the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the investigation required to be done, request for pre-arrest bail cannot be allowed.
It is directed that in case the petitioner is arrested, he shall be produced before the jurisdictional magistrate as early B.A.No.2968 of 2014 2 as possible.
Application is disposed of as above.
