Petition filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. 2. Petitioner is the 3rd accused in Crime No.157 of 2014 of the Melattoor Police station registered for the offences under Secs.465, 468 and 471 read with Sec.34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner forged certain documents like tax receipts and possession certificates and the other accused produced them before a bank to secure a loan.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not involved in the incident and he runs a travel agency and the allegations are false.

5. The earlier application filed by the petitioner for the same relief was dismissed by this Court.
6. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is involved in two other cases of similar nature.
Bail Appl. No.8371 of 2014 2 One of them is still under investigation and the other is under trial.
7. There is a primafacie case against the petitioner. He is not entitled to get bail under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C.
In the result the application is dismissed.
