The petitioner seeks interchange of timings with respect to the stage carriages operated by the petitioner, on valid permits. In such circumstance, it is only proper that the Secretary RTA, Kannur consider Ext.P2 request for inter change, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Writ petition disposed of.
