As prayed by Shri Vikas Budhwar, learned counsel for the respondents, list on 5.4.2012 The advertisement for retail outlet which was challenged in the writ petition was made on 223.12.2005, the writ petition is pending for last more than five years.
Learned counsel for the corporation may obtain instructions as to whether the corporation is proceeding to prosecute the selection on the basis of above advertisement.
