2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the principal amount has already been settled and only the interest amount has to be paid.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the interest amount payable to the petitioner shall be paid within a period of two months from today.

4. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
