JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed an application Ext.P1 for grant of regular permit before the 2nd respondent. Consideration of the said application was adjourned vide Ext.P2 proceeding. The petitioner has now pointed out that there is an RTA meeting that is scheduled on 19.05.2014 and there is nothing in the way of the 2nd respondent considering his application for grant of regular permit in the said meeting.
2. I heard the learned Government Pleader who appears on behalf of 1st and 2nd respondents.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to include Ext.P1 application filed by the petitioner for regular permit in the agenda of the meeting scheduled to take place on 19.05.2014 and a further direction to the 1st respondent to take a decision on the said application in the meeting scheduled on 19.05.2014 or on subsequent date.
The writ petition is disposed of.
