JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner wants his specimen signature and thumb impression to be taken by the court anticipating death before the disposal of the suit. Such a prayer is premature since the defendants have not put forth any document whereby the petitioner has released his rights. The petitioner is free to execute documents without the aid of court which will contain his specimen signature and thumb impression. Such specimen signature and thumb impression can be made use of to disprove the execution of any document if it is put forth. The prayer of the petitioner/plaintiff has been rightly rejected by the court below by order impugned.
The Original Petition fails and is dismissed.
