The Execution Court has taken notice of the contentions of the petitioner/judgment debtor and passed a considered order. Only 5 cents of property excluding the residential building has been directed to be sold by the order impugned. The order further clarifies that the sale would be subject to the charge held by Nattassery Service Co-operative Bank. I do not find any error of jurisdiction in the order impugned warranting interference in exercise of the supervisory jurisdiction. The Original Petition is accordingly dismissed.
