JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned Standing Counsel for the 5th respondent submits, on instruction, that loan account, which was the subject matter of the writ petition, has been satisfied. 2. The petitioner's contention in the writ petition was that the entire debt has to be waived as per the Agricultural Debt Waiver and Debt Relief Scheme, 2008. The learned Standing Counsel points out that what was indicated in the scheme was only satisfaction of dues as on the date notified in the scheme and entire waiver of the loan taken by the petitioner was not contemplated at all. No scheme has been produced before this Court in the writ petition. The loan account is said to have been closed on 12.03.2013.
For all the above reasons, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
