JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court by way of this review petition with a petition to condone the delay of 255 days.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and so also the learned Government Pleader appearing behalf of respondents 1 to 3.
3. During the course of of hearing, the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the prayer in the writ petition itself was of a limited nature, as the direction sought for against the 3rd respondent was to accept the basic tax in respect of the property concerned, till a final decision was taken by the revenue authorities. When the matter was finally heard on 23.01.2013, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the revenue authorities had already passed the final order on 04.04.2012 and it was in the said circumstances, that the matter was disposed of, relegating the parties to approach the Civil Court, as ordered by the Tahsildar as per order dated R.P.No.934 of 2013 In 2 W.P.C. No.16338 OF 2012 04.07.2012 or to challenge the said order by way of appropriate proceedings. The prayer in the review petition is to permit the review petitioner to satisfy the tax and direct the concerned respondent to accept the same.
After hearing both the sides, this Court finds that there is no error apparent on the face of the record. The review petition is dismissed accordingly, without prejudice to the rights and liberties of the review petitioner to pursue the statutory remedy in accordance with the relevant provisions of law.
