JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Petitioner is aggrieved with the non-issuance of a granted permit.
The grant, obviously was made on 7.8.2014, as evidenced at Ext.P1. Petitioner contends that as per Ext.P2, a timing conference is to be convened on 30.12.2014 and if timings are not settled in the conference, the petitioner may be allowed to operate on the proposed timings, subject to settlement.
2. There shall be a direction to the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority that the timings of the granted permit as per Ext.P1, if not settled on 30.12.2014, shall be settled within a period of six weeks therefrom or otherwise, the petitioner shall be permitted to operate with the proposed timings, subject however to settlement of finalized timings, in a properly scheduled timing conference.
Writ petition is disposed off.
