JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-settlement of timing, pursuant to a grant of variation by the authority, as per Ext.P1. Ext.P1 had a rider, insofar as the settlement of timing being finalized only on implementation of Circular No.D3/875/05 dated 08.11.2011. The petitioner filed a revision before the State Transport Appellate Tribunal (STAT), which was allowed removing the rider. That would only indicate that, the grant should be issued with a settlement of timing and when D3 is implemented definitely further revision could be effected. The petitioner hence made an application as per Ext.P3 and also approached this Court within a writ petition, which was disposed of at Ext.P4 in the very same vein as indicated above. 2. However, in the meanwhile, the petitioner's permit W.P.(C) No.27543 of 2014 - P 2 got expired and his renewal application was pending. Though by Ext.P5, the permit had been renewed, no settlement of timing has been effected, for which a representation is preferred; as per Ext.P6. Definitely, the Regional Transport Authority (RTA) will have to comply with Exts.P2 and P4, which was issued as against the very same permit. In such circumstance, the petitioner shall be issued the varied permit with the proposed timings, within a period of one week from today subject however to revision on settlement of timings, as also revision in accordance with D3 circular as and when implemented.
The writ petition is disposed of.
