Petitioner alleges that the 4th respondent is interfering with the peaceful living of the petitioner and he had abused him and his family members . It is also submitted that the 4th respondent had demolished the boundary wall of the petitioner's property with the help of other members of the Club and created a situation to have a free entry to his property.
2. The petitioner raised his grievance before the Commissioner of Police, Kozhikode City, the Ist respondent . The 4th respondent appears to be attached to the first respondent as he is working as ASI, Kozhikode Traffic Station.

3. Considering the nature of the allegation raised by the petitioner in Ext.P6, necessarily, it shall be inquired into by the first respondent after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and 4th respondent.
4. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the first respondent to take appropriate action to redress the grievance of the petitioner within a period of two weeks.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
