Standing counsel reported that the balance amount outstanding under the penal bill in question was remitted by the petitioner under the One Time Settlement Scheme in March, 2013 and that no further arrear is outstanding against the petitioner.

2. Under the above mentioned circumstances, no further issue survives for consideration in this writ petition and the writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
