Mr.RC Jani, learned advocate for the applicants drew my attention to the earlier order dated 18.1.2012, and more particularly, paragraph 3 in said order. It is submitted that despite such order passed earlier by this Court, the matter is listed for 3rd time. Registry is, therefore, directed to comply with the direction issued by this Court in order dated 18.1.2012, and more particularly, the direction issued in paragraph 3 in said order.
