JUDGMENT / ORDER

Aggrieved by Ext.P4 order passed by the District Collector under Section 13 of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet Land Act, 2008, the petitioner approached the Government by Ext.P5. Ext.P5 is addressed to the Secretary, Department of Revenue, Secretariate, Trivandrum. The petitioner approached this Court on account of delay in considering Ext.P5.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader points out that the petitioner has to address the revision to the Government of Kerala represented by the Secretary, Agricultural Department. Therefore, the petitioner shall file a fresh revision within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. For the purpose of filing the W.P.(C) No.34370 of 2014 2 revision, the photocopy will be sufficient and if the petitioner files the revision within two weeks, it shall be treated that the revision is filed within the time. Based on the revision, a decision shall be taken by the Secretary, Agricultural Department within two months from the date of receipt of such memorandum of revision. Till then, status quo shall be maintained.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
