JUDGMENT / ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed to take the petitioner's contempt application on its file and issue statutory notices to the contemnor and while dealing with in accordance with the law award maximum punishment to the contemnor for the willful disobedience in complying with the direction of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.21973 of 2015, dated 09.12.2015.
2. Heard Mr.Ramprakash Rajagopal, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned counsel for the respondent and perused the records.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the difference in retirement benefits of Rs.1,25,029/-, the gratuity amount Rs.46,734/- and the leave salary of Rs.58,708/- were already paid to the petitioner. He has also produced the letter sent by the respondent dated 01.11.2017.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this contempt petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Sub Application is closed.
