JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner's only prayer is that the amounts already paid should be credited to the account. In such circumstances, the petitioner shall be issued with a statement of accounts as on 30.11.2014 showing the entire debits and credits in the account. On such statement being issued, the petitioner shall pay the amount within a period of one month thereafter. It is also made clear that if there is any one time settlement scheme in existence, the petitioner's claim shall be considered thereon and the statement issued. Upon which, the petitioner shall pay the amount as directed by the Bank. There shall be no coercive steps for a period of two months.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
