(Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.,) Heard Mr.C.V.Vakeesswaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and carefully perused the materials placed on record.
2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the Judgment, dated 02.09.2016, made in W.A.(MD).No.1240 of 2016.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order and directions issued by the Writ Court have been complied with by the respondents and to that effect, the District Education Officer, Tuticorin, has passed an order, dated 28.03.2017.
4. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
