JUDGMENT / ORDER

By the consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken for final disposal.
2.The present writ petition has been filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to regularize the suspension period of the petitioner from 18.06.2013 to 21.05.2017 as continuing period of service and also to include the petitioner's name in the panel of Deputy Collector in accordance with seniority list prepared in the year 2009 on the basis of the petitioner's representations dated 05.06.2017 and 20.07.2017.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the disciplinary proceedings have not yet been concluded and the same is still pending. Therefore, the petitioner cannot approach this Court at this early stage and he has been advised to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
4.Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
