The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under sec. 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code for the prayer that FIR being C.R. No. I-22/2007 registered with Harij Police Station for the alleged under sections 363, 366, 376 & 114 of IPC may be quashed and set aside on the grounds stated in the petition.
Learned advocate Mr. Tolia seeks permission to withdraw the present petition without prejudice to the rights and contentions. Permission granted. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. It is clarified that this petition is permitted to be withdrawn at this stage without entering into the merits of the matter. Rule is discharged. Interim relief granted earlier stands vacated.
