Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for expeditious disposal of application dated 23.11.2018 in Misc. Case No. 574/122 of 2018, Piyush Tripathi v. State of U.P., arising out of Case Crime No. 200 of 2018, under Sections 395, 412 IPC and 207 M.V. Act at P.S. Sikandara, District Kanpur Dehat pending in the court of Special Judge (Dacoity), Kanpur Dehat.
Learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection in case direction issued for disposal of matter pending before the Special Judge (Dacoity), Kanpur Dehat.
In view of the above, the Special Judge (Dacoity), Kanpur Dehat is hereby directed to dispose of the aforesaid application dated 23.11.2018 of the applicant within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application is hereby disposed of.
