JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr. Dinesh Kumar Chaudhary, learned counsel for the accused-applicant and Mr. Ajay Kumar Srivastava, learned A.G.A. are present through virtual mode.
This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant/accused apprehending arrest in Case Crime No.118 of 2021, under Section 307, 323, 506 I.P.C. Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Balrampur.
After arguing at some length learned counsel for the accused-applicant submitted that he is not pressing the relief claimed and he may be given time to surrender before the Court concerned and his bail application may be decided expeditiously.
This anticipatory bail application is disposed of as not pressed. However, accused/applicant is directed to surrender before the concerned Court within two weeks from today. In case he surrenders, within the time stipulated and moves bail application, his application shall be decided by the Court concerned expeditiously in accordance with law. The accused shall not be arrested for two weeks from today.
