This Criminal Misc. Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to allow this application and direct the courts below to hear and decide the bail application of applicant on the same day when he surrender in the courts below in case crime no. 694 of 2009, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 504, 506 IPC and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, P.S. Tajganj, District-Agra. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
