Heard Sri Anil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Ranjan Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 and 4, Sri Gyan Singh, learned counsel for the CBI, Sri Deepak Mishra, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 25.6.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 277 of 2018, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 506, 120B, 34 IPC and section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station-Nawabganj, District Allahabad.
Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that the petitioners have come up before this Court with a prayer for deciding their representation by the respondent nos.1, 4 and 7.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner no. 2 is the informant of the case and petitioner no.1 happens to be his brother. He submit that the present FIR has been lodged against unknown persons in which seven persons have been arrested and three accused persons are still at large. He states that the police is not conducting fair and proper investigation.
After going through the entire record, we are not inclined to interfere in this matter but we hope and trust that the SSP concerned shall ensure that the investigation with respect to other accused to whom matter is pending shall be concluded within six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
