Petitioner has been promoted on the post of Lecturer by the resolution of the Regional Level Committee dated 6.6.2016. This order is under challenge before this Court in a writ petition. A direction has already been issued in Special Appeal No.313 of 2017 for the writ petition to be heard with another writ petition, wherein an order of Single Operation has been passed. Although a direction was issued on 23.5.2017 for these writ petitions to be heard and decided finally but the petitioner has not disclosed as to what has been the out come of such writ petitions.
The averments made in the writ petition are absolutely vague and it would not be appropriate to rely upon them for the purposes of issuing any positive direction in favour of petitioner.
Leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue his grievance in the pending writ petition, this petitions is consigned to records.
