THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION No. 244 of 2014 ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) The petitioners admitted that they have approached the civil Court for the self-same cause of action. However, it is alleged that there has been further cause of action in relation to the original cause of action.
Therefore, in the fitness of the situation it would be open for the petitioners to approach the civil Court bringing all facts and circumstances that have taken place subsequently.
With the above observation, we close the writ petition.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
