This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No.76 of 2012 of Ponnur Town Police Station, Guntur district, for alleged offences under section 120-B, 467, 471, read with section 34 IPC.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that Police after completion of investigation filed charge sheet on 21/3/2013 and the same is registered as CC.No.63 of 2013 and stands posted to 19/9/2014 for appearance of accused.
4. Recording the submission of learned Public Prosecutor and as the Police have filed charge sheet after completion of investigation, this criminal petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet.
5. With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
