Having heard the counsel for the parties, the petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 1/ Learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Court No. IX, Kanpur Nagar to hear and decide the Original Suit No. 836 of 2011 "K.D.A. Vs. Pishori Lal" expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
