The present writ petition has been filed alleging that the petitioners have worked on the post of Lok Shiksha Prerak till 2018, now an advertisement has been issued on 25.7.2021 for appointment of Panchayat Sahayak/Accountant- cum-Data Entry Operator in pursuance of the Government Order dated 25.7.2021.
The claim of the petitioners is that the experience of the petitioners ought to have been counted prior to issuance of the advertisement for appointment.
It is well settled that employer alone is entitled to fix the requirements and once the advertisement has been issued, no good ground is made out for passing any order directing the employer to amend the advertisement as specified in the advertisement.
The writ petition lacks merits and is dismissed.
