Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents.
The present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding respondent authorities to remove the illegal encroachments made by respondent nos.6 to 10 over Plot Nos.38, 39 and 40 situated at village-Harishchandpur, Pargana Bela Daulatabad, Tehsil-Lalganj, District-Azamgarh, which the petitioner alleges to be a Gaon Sabha property.
Counter affidavit sworn by Tehsildar, Tehsil-Lalganj, District-Azamgarh has been filed in Court, which is taken on record.
From perusal of averments made in para 6 of aforesaid counter affidavit as well as photographs annexed with the counter affidavit it is evident that the encroachments were removed by Revenue Authorities on 22.7.2018.
In the circumstances, the relief prayed in aforesaid writ petition stands exhausted and no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
