Learned advocate Mr.Pathan for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application at this stage reserving the liberty of the present applicant to move for bail in future, if the trial is delayed. It is further submitted that trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.

The instant application stands disposed of, as withdrawn reserving the liberty of the present applicant to move for bail in future, if the trial is delayed and the Trial Court shall dispose of the Sessions Case in accordance with law as expeditiously, as possible.
