JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The present Criminal Revision Application has been preferred by the applicants herein-original accused challenging the impugned order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge and Presiding Officer, First Fast Track Court, Valsad dated 17/08/2006 below Exh. 74 in Sessions Case No. 81/2004 by which the applicants herein-original accused came to be arraigned as an accused in exercise of powers under Section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
2. Today, when the present Criminal Revision Application is taken up for final hearing it is reported that as there was no stay of further proceedings, the applicants herein-original accused came to be tried by the learned Sessions Court and by judgment and order dated 29/12/2007 they came to be convicted against which the applicants-original accused preferred Criminal Appeal No. 448/2008 before this Court and the Division Bench by judgment and order dated 19/01/2010 has been pleased to allow the said Appeal and acquit the applicants.
3. In view of the above subsequent development, the present Criminal Revision Application has become infructuous. Hence, the present Criminal Revision Application is dismissed as having become infructuous. Rule is discharged.
