This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 21.08.2021 in Case Crime No. 152 of 2021, under Sections 323, 504 of IPC, Police Station Malawan, District Etah.
Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent submitted that the chargesheet no. 110/2021 dated 05.10.2021 has already been filed in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
