1. This petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging that both the petitioners are major as per the date of birth mentioned in the Aadhar-Card.
2. They have solemnized marriage out of their own sweet will as per Hindu Rites at Vaidik Bharat Foundation situated at Village and Post Tejalhedra, District Muzaffarnagar, on 15.12.2019 and the family members are harassing them. The petitioners are directed to file an application for registration of their marriage before the Registrar concerned under the Rules of 2017 and then approach the S.H.O. Transport Nagar, District Meerut who shall extend all help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
3. This petition stands disposed of.
