Smt. Pinki @ Rinki (the corpus) has been produced by from Nari Niketan, Bareilly by HC 31 CP Sarvesh Kumar, Woman Constable 879 Rakhi Bansal and Woman Constable 480 Anita Sharma, today in the court.
She claims to be major and in her medical examination report dated 28.1.2019, her age has been determined as about 19 years. She states that she has voluntarily married to Pradeep @ Anik Pal and wants to go with him. Pradeep @ Anik Pal is also present in the court.
In view of statement of Nisha (petitioner-1), this habeas corpus writ petition is allowed. Smt. Pinki @ Rinki is set at liberty and is permitted to go with Pradeep @ Anik Pal, forthwith.
