At the very outset, Learned Standing Counsel has pointed out that the age of the petitioner no. 2, Mithlesh Bharti, from the perusal of the documents is below 21 years.
Sri Vipin Chandra Pal, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press this writ petition at this stage but seeks liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
