JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.Chirag B. Patel, learned advocate for the petitioners. It is submitted that the application of the petitioners for allotment of land at concessional rates has been rejected by the impugned order dated 04.10.2012 passed by the Collector, Ahmedabad, on the ground that the land in question, being Survey/Block No.41 paiki has not been identified. It is further submitted that the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation has issued a Zoning Certificate and identified the land in question on 22.12.2011.
Issue Notice returnable on 17.01.2013.
